We do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to assist you with an easy exchange to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange your purchase within 14 working days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags are still attached to the merchandise.
  • The item is returned with its complete packaging and delivery receipt.

How to Exchange

Exchange Process

For Standard Exchanges

Simply send the parcel back to our warehouse via a traceable courier company that provides a tracking number. Once approved, we will either dispatch the new product or issue a coupon of equal value for future purchases.

For Damaged Merchandise Claims

Report the issue within 3 calendar days of delivery if you wish to raise a dispute. At Basics, we assess each case individually to ensure fairness to both parties. You will be required to provide photographic evidence or deliver the item to our warehouse. If approved, you may choose between a free exchange or a coupon covering the product value — either way, your return shipping cost will be reimbursed.

Exchange Terms & Conditions

  • Full-price items are eligible for exchange only at the new sale price.
  • Items that are used, altered, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Products on promotion are not eligible for exchange.
  • Items that have already been exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.
