Order Processing & Delivery Time
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We offer express shipping across Pakistan, with estimated delivery times as follows:
- Major Cities: 3 – 5 working days
- Remote Areas: 5 – 7 working days
Delivery Charges
For orders above Rs. 5000, shipping is completely free—because we believe in adding value without extra cost. For orders below Rs. 5000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 will apply. Our goal is to provide a fair and efficient shipping experience while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status in real time.
Undelivered or Delayed Shipments
While we strive for on-time delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays) may cause slight delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team for assistance.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier partner will make one additional attempt before returning the package to us.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- Stock unavailability, payment failure, or pricing inaccuracies.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders with an unverified contact number (after two confirmation attempts).
- Technical errors affecting order processing.
Customers may request order cancellations before processing begins.
